GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q. How do I purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to enter & confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” section.
  5. Select and enter your address information if you wish to bill to different address other than the shipping address and click “Continue to shipping method” button.
  6. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Continue” button.
  7. Next you'll need to choose your payment method. Then, you need to read and agree on the Terms & Conditions.
  8. After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details by referring to the order summary and total payment located at your right side of the screen.
  9. Once completed, click “Place Your Order” to confirm and submit the order.
  10. At last, enter the payment details and click “Submit Payment”.

Q. What are the payment methods available?

Balloon Gift Delivery currently offers only ONE (1) kind of Payment Method as shown below :-

  1. Credit Card or Debit
    Via EGHL (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking)

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have received your payment.


BUBBLE BALLOONS (OPEN ME! SURPRISE BUBBLE)

Q. How do I make customised bubble balloon online order?

  1. First, go to "Open Me Surprise Bubble" under product page.
  2. Select the category you prefer and click on any bubble balloon design that you wish to purchase.
  3. Select your choice of colour within the options available. You may refer to the product images by clicking on the thumbnail for the colour/colour code.
  4. Choose your personalised text writing (wording on balloon) that you want within the options provided.
  5. If you would like to add name (to be printed on the balloon) and your message to be displayed on the message board, you may type on the boxes as provided in the order form.
  6. Then, select your collection or delivery date for pick-up at retail store OR delivery of balloon. You are required to select your delivery option under Shipping Method section during the checkout process. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout section.
    Note: You can collect your item within our working hours on the expected collection date.
  7. Optional: Select your add-on item within the selection of our soft-toys, otherwise select “None”. Additional price will be applied when add-on item is selected.
  8. Optional: Select your number of pictures to print (to be placed on the board), otherwise select “None”. Remember to submit your files/images by email in the required format and size. Refer to “How can I add pictures and…” section in the below for details.
  9. Lastly, state the quantity, click "Add to cart" and follow the steps on how to purchase order as stated in the above.

Note: The term for Collection/Delivery Date stated in our order form is the estimated date of bubble balloon product which will be collected by you or received by the recipient. Please make order at least 3 working days (for own pick-up) before, the best is 1 week (for own pick-up or delivery) before the delivery/collection date. We accept orders up to 6 months in advance. Our bubble balloon order is included with helium gas filled upon your collection.

Q. How do my bubble balloon look like when I receive it?

Your bubble balloon will be presented and kept inside a big surprise box, like a gift box (suitable to make surprise gift to someone) and it will be protected by an outer box. Upon the arrival, the inner box will need to be taken out slowly of the outer box. Once the inner box is opened, the bubble balloon will float up and stand on the position. The bubble balloon is tied at the bottom and decorated with a few of 5" mini balloons with some shredded papers at the bottom, together with a gift tag.

Q. How to open my surprise box in a correct way when it is received?

Q. How long will my bubble balloon stay floating?

According to the oversea manufacturer, a bubble balloon normally flys for anything about 1-2 weeks, but it depends on the weather, temperature, atmospheric conditions, exposure and enclosed areas, etc. that causes oxidation / deflation to the balloon will affect the normal floating time. Because of the material they are made with, they last a lot longer than your normal helium balloon! Due to our weather in Malaysia and also the delivery time taken by local courier service company, the floating time may decrease to 4 days or less, depends on the temperature, atmospheric conditions, or handling procedure by the courier service company. Upon the receival of your balloon, actual floating time may change depends on how you manage and keep it. It will continue to stay float, provided if you keep it well & take good care of the balloon.

As we provide the best service and quality, we will carefully check and ensure the bubble balloon is alright every time before delivering to customer. Usually there will be no problem to the balloon as we will provide protection to the bubble balloon before and during the box packaging. We rarely have a bubble balloon damaged in transit as they are all individually wrapped and packed carefully inside their boxes. Thus, all products sold at www.balloongiftdelivery.com are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable. Please read our Terms & Conditions, and individual product descriptions carefully before purchasing the products. Take note that understanding the products before you purchase are your responsibility and at your own concern.

Q. What happen to my bubble balloon after exceeding the floating time?

The stickers printed on the bubble balloon will begin to peel as the balloon slowly starts to deflate. Eventually, you may peel off the whole stickers slowly and then keep the bubble balloon well after deflating it.

Q. Is there any gift tag provided so that I can write message?

Yes, there is a gift tag provided but your message will not be written on it. We know sometimes how important words are to say what you need to say. So, as the bubble balloon product is our specialty, your message will be printed and displayed on the message board inside the inner box. However, there is a limit on the length of your message - maximum 80 characters including spaces & symbols.

Q. Can I add pictures and where do my pictures displayed?

Yes, with these new features available, you are now enable to add pictures/images if you wish to. You may submit your pictures/images (Required image format: jpg, jpeg, png or gif and Size: Must less than 300KB per image) to beautyballoononline@gmail.com (with subject name: your order id — pictures) and we'll print it for you! Price will be charged differently based on the number of pictures. The pictures will be printed in 2R size, beautifully placed and attached on the board. You may also refer to our sample product image at The Elements page and go to How To Order page under Guide section at the top menu on the guidelines to purchase.


POP ME! BALLOONS

Q. How do I make personalised Pop Me Balloon online order?

  1. First, go to "Pop Me Balloon" under product page.
  2. Select the category you prefer and click on any Pop Me balloon design that you wish to purchase.
  3. Select your choice of colour within the options available. You may refer to the product images by clicking on the thumbnail for the colour/colour code.
  4. Enter the recipient’s name at “To” section and your name at “From” section.
  5. Enter your secret message (personalised message) to be printed inside the mini scroll, write your text exactly how you would like it to appear.
  6. Then, select your collection or delivery date for pick-up at retail store OR delivery of item. You are required to select your delivery option under Shipping Method section during the checkout process. The delivery fee will be added at the checkout section.
  7. Optional: Select your add-on item within the selection of our soft-toys, otherwise select “None”. Additional charge will be applied when add-on item is selected.
  8. Lastly, state the quantity, click "Add to cart" and follow the steps on how to purchase order as stated in the above under General Questions.

Q. How do Pop Me Balloon look like when it is received?

The Pop Me Balloon will be presented in a small surprise box and it will be protected by an outer box. The balloon is inflated in advance with air when it is received. Upon the arrival, the inner box will need to be taken out slowly of the outer box. Once the inner box is opened, you will be able to see the instruction together with the pin on top. The balloon is tied with a gift tag and it is decorated with shredded papers at the bottom of the box. Pop Me Balloon is designed to let the recipient pop the balloon with a pin provided in order to reveal the secret message contained inside the balloon.

NOTE: All our Pop Me balloons are filled with air upon the product collection or delivery.

Q. How to open Pop Me box in a correct way when it is received?

Q. How long will Pop Me Balloon last?

As our Pop Me Balloon will be inflated/filled with normal air, not using Helium gas, it could not float up as the Open Me Surprise Bubble product. This is because these balloons have a very small air capacity, which means that if by filling them with Helium, they will not float for long, floating time approx. 1-2 hours only. So, Pop Me Balloon can last longer and lasting than your normal helium balloon when they are filled with normal air – about 3-7days, before the popping of balloon. However, they will get oxidized after a certain period of time.

Due to our weather in Malaysia and also the delivery time taken by local courier service company, the balloon may have a slight deflation or gradually decrease into smaller than the original size as time passes which is normal, depends on the temperature, atmospheric conditions, or handling procedure by the courier service company. However, to ensure the best service & quality, we will carefully check and ensure the balloon is in good condition before delivering to the recipient. Usually the balloon won’t be easily damage/burst as we provide protection to the balloon before and during the box packaging. We rarely have balloon damaged in transit as they are all individually wrapped and packed carefully inside their boxes.


BLOW ME! BALLOON CARD

Q. How do I make personalised Blow Me Balloon Card online order?

  1. First, go to "Blow Me Balloon Card" under product page.
  2. Select and click on any Blow Me balloon card design that you wish to purchase.
  3. Select your choice of balloon design within the options available. You may refer to the product images by clicking on the thumbnail for the balloon design/design code.
  4. Enter the recipient’s name at “To” section and your name at “From” section.
  5. Enter your message (personalised message) to be printed inside the card, write your text exactly how you would like it to appear.
  6. Then, select your collection or delivery date for pick-up at retail store OR delivery of item. You are required to select your delivery option under Shipping Method section during the checkout process. The delivery fee will be added at the checkout section.
  7. Lastly, state the quantity, click "Add to cart" and follow the steps on how to purchase order as stated in the above under General Questions.

Q. How do Blow Me Balloon Card look like when it is received?

The Blow Me Balloon Card will be wrapped in a small rectangular surprise box and for delivery, it will be protected by an outer box. When the card is flipped open, an uninflated balloon is attached on the left side of the card while your message will be placed on the right side of the card. Upon the arrival, the inner box will need to be taken out slowly of the outer box. Once the inner box is opened, you will be able to see the instruction tag and it is decorated with shredded papers at the bottom of the box. Blow Me Balloon Card is fun as it is designed to let the recipient play with the balloon.

Q. How to open Blow Me Balloon Card in a correct way when it is received?

Q. Can I personalise message in any part of this balloon card?

Yes, we do include a space for your personalised message where it will be printed inside the card.

Q. How long can the message be inside the card?

The length of your message can be up to 500 characters including spaces & symbols. We know how important words are so just express what you feel and say what you want to say! Your message will be printed and placed on the right side, inside the card.

Q. Am I able to customise the balloon with my own wording for this product?

As the balloons were specially designed by our Designers and custom printed with our very own designs, the balloon designs are fixed and you will not be able to change or customise the balloon wording. But don’t worry! We have provided a range of 6 balloon designs – Happy Birthday, Love You, Thank You, Get Well, I’m Sorry, Happy Retirement. You may choose any 1 out of the 6 balloon designs to match it with your balloon card.


HUG ME! STUFFED BALLOON

Q. How do I make personalised Hug Me Stuffed Balloon online order?

  1. First, go to "Hug Me Stuffed Balloon" under product page.
  2. Select and click on any Hug Me Stuffed Balloon design that you wish to purchase.
  3. Select your choice of balloon pattern within the options available. You may refer to the product images by clicking on the thumbnail for the balloon pattern/design code.
  4. Enter your message (personalised message) to be printed on the sash, write your text exactly how you would like it to appear.
  5. Choose your favourite soft toy to be stuffed inside the balloon.
  6. Then, select your collection or delivery date for pick-up at retail store OR delivery of item. You are required to select your delivery option under Shipping Method section during the checkout process. The delivery fee will be added at the checkout section.
  7. Lastly, state the quantity, click "Add to cart" and follow the steps on how to purchase order as stated in the above under General Questions.

Q. Am I able to customise the balloon with my own wording for this product?

As the balloons were specially designed by our own designers and custom printed with our very own designs, the balloon designs are fixed and you will not be able to change or customise the balloon wording. But no worries! We have provided a range of 6 balloon designs - Happy Birthday, Love Series, Get Well, Happy Retirement, Newborn Baby, Happy Anniversary. You may choose any 1 out of 6 balloon designs.

Q. Can I personalised message in any part of this Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon?

Yes, we do include a space for your personalised message where it will be printed on the sash, to be worn by the stuffed toy.

Q. How long can the message be on the sash?

The length of your message can be up to 30 characters including spaces & symbols. We know how important words are so just say it! Your message will be labelled on the sash.

Q. How do Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon look like when it is received?

Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon will be wrapped in a handcrafted box for delivery, and protected by a brown outer box. Upon the arrival, open the lid of the box from the top once the ribbon is removed. Then, open the front door of the inner box, you will be able to see a plush toy stuffed in a big transparent balloon, decorated with some mini balloons and coloured shredded papers. A greeting stand (fixed based on categories) is placed beside the balloon.

Q. How to open Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon in a correct way when it is received?

Q. How to get the stuffed toy out from the balloon?

As the balloon will get oxidized after a certain period of time, it will slowly deflate and it will look cloudy. You may pop the balloon and take out your lovely stuffed toy. The plush toy is now ready for you to hug!

Q. How long will Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon last?

As our Hug Me! Stuffed Balloon will be inflated / filled with normal air, it could not float up as the Open Me Surprise Bubble product. It can last longer and lasting than your normal helium balloons when they are filled with normal air. The balloon can last for about 3 weeks or even longer. However, the balloon will get oxidized after a certain period of time and they will gradually shrink.


DELIVERY / OWN PICK-UP OF PRODUCT

Q. What delivery options do you offer?

We know how important it is for the recipient to receive the item in time for an event or celebration, and that's why we have an extra delivery service which provide guaranteed delivery date for your order. Basically, we offer three (3) options/methods/services as the following:

Pick-Up at Retail Store: This option enables you to collect the item at our retail store during our working hours and it is free of charge.

Standard Delivery: This option is only available on certain states/cities and it is limited to specific days. Visit Delivery Info page for the full delivery details and charges.

Special Delivery: This option is an additional service provided as the delivery covers all states and cities within Peninsular Malaysia, using special transportation by own delivery team. Delivery is available daily including weekends (except public holidays and eve) and the delivery date is guaranteed when this option is selected. Without any worries, you can choose this option apart from the high delivery charges (if you don’t mind spending extra money). Visit Delivery Info page for the full delivery details and charges.

Q. In what condition do I need a Special Delivery service?

✔ Item to be arrived during the weekend (except Public Holidays & Eve) - Saturday / Sunday

✔ Item to be delivered to other location/state which is not offered by Standard Delivery service

✔ Item to be arrived on the exact specified date you selected but not limited to the time slot

✔ Item to be delivered to specific areas such as industrial zone/shopping malls/islands/highlands/ remote areas

Q. What is the difference between Standard Delivery & Special Delivery?

Q. When will you deliver my bubble balloon / Pop Me Balloon?

For Standard Delivery:
We will deliver the balloons from Monday to Thursday only (with the exception of every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). The balloons usually will be shipped on the next working day after the order is confirmed and fully paid. Thus, any online order received BEFORE 6.30pm and fully paid within the same day will be processed and delivered on the next working day. Orders received AFTER 6.30pm will be considered as next day order. For orders received on Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Public holidays, your order will only be shipped on the following 2 working days. We would encourage you to make online orders as early as possible, do not make last minute orders to avoid from any delays or late arrivals.


PLEASE TAKE NOTE: For safe delivery of your balloon, make sure that you have provided the correct delivery address and also ensure that there is someone available to sign and receive the item during the delivery at doorstep by the courier service provider to avoid from any inconvenience caused. If no-one is available to sign for the balloon, a card will be left informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made. Refer to the card on how to get the balloon re-delivered or collection from the local courier service office. We will not responsible for any delivery failure or loss due to incorrect information given by customer or no show-up during the delivery to doorstep.

For Special Delivery:

Upon the confirmation of payment, confirmed order will be processed within Monday to Friday and item is dispatched on the following working day. Confirmed order received on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays/Holiday Eve will be processed and dispatched on the next two (2) working days.

Confirmed order indicates that the full payment is cleared/paid by you, which means we have received confirmed payment from you and your order will be placed in the queue of production.

Q. Will the product received on time as the delivery date stated?

For Standard Delivery:
We will do our utmost best to fulfill your requested delivery day/date. However in some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will deliver the order soonest possible and arrive before/on the date specified. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens we will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. As we are using courier service, delivery is NOT available on Weekend, Public Holidays & Eve. Any delivery date specified falls on the weekend or during public holiday/eve will be delivered and arrived before or later than the date specified.


Please note that we are not able to promise on the delivery time slot you selected as it’s only a preferred guide time, delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. Neither the delivering company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any loss incurred in the delay of delivery date or time.

For Special Delivery:
Yes, your item is guaranteed to arrive on the actual date, based on your specified delivery date when you choose this option, but not applicable to delivery date which falls on Public Holidays and eve.

Q. Where will you deliver/ship the products?

For Standard Delivery:
Please refer to the delivery information stated on each of the individual product or under Delivery Info page. Note that delivery will NOT be available on specific areas such as Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or shopping malls, islands (except stated in the available delivery areas list), highlands and remote areas. If you have any enquiries regarding delivery areas, you may contact us to find out the details.

For Special Delivery:
Delivery is available on ALL areas or towns within Peninsular Malaysia (except Sabah & Sarawak), as listed on the table diagram (refer to Delivery Info page) including Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or shopping malls, islands, highlands and remote areas.

Q. What if I collect my bubble balloon / Pop Me Balloon at your retail shop?

Own pick-up orders are welcomed and your balloons usually will be ready within 2 working days. You will be able to collect your product on the collection date stated in your order, unless your collection date is outside our working hours (we will contact you for the re-confirmation of collection date). For safe, any orders made through online must be at least 3 working days before your collection date to avoid from any disappointment or unexpected situation happens.

Q. Can I state my collection or delivery time?

Own Pick-Up at Retail Store: You will not be able to state your preferred time slot for pick-up. You may come to collect at anytime within our working hours (MON-SAT 9.30AM-6.30PM except Public/State Holidays) on the collection date selected in your order.
For Standard Delivery: You will not be able to state your preferred time slot for delivery. Delivery will be done anytime within the operating hours for the selected delivery date in your order according to courier service provider’s delivery arrangement.
For Special Delivery: You will not be able to state your preferred time slot for delivery. Delivery will be done anytime within the operating hours based on the selected delivery date in your order according to our internal delivery arrangement. Our delivery team will contact on that particular date before the journey begins.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Q. What gas are you using and is it safe to use?

All inflated products sold at www.balloongiftdelivery.com are using helium gas except Pop Me Balloons (normal air). Helium gas is a safe, non-flammable, non-toxic gas which is lighter than air. It can be used safely either indoors or outdoors, provided appropriate care and attention is taken. Please do not inflate helium-filled balloons with mouth, use a proper balloon inflator to inflate the balloons or insert straw to slowly deflate the balloons.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

  • Please send an email to beautyballoononline@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.
